BERKELEY YMCA HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY


The Y Hotel and Residence is open to any person who is 18 years and older. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 12:00noon.

If you want to make this reservation and have read the cancellation policy below and agree to abide with this policy, please write to yhotel@ymcacba.org

Any reservation that is 14 days or more will require a 25% deposit of total stay upon confirmation. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made 14 days or less from check-in date.

Note: 48 hours cancellation notice (only for reservation that is 13 days or less): If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must do so at least 48 hours via email to yhotel@ymcacba.org prior to check in time at 4:00pm to avoid being charge the first night’s room and taxes. If there is a no show you will be charged the first night’s room charges and taxes and the reservation will be cancelled after the check in date.

Addition Information:
All rooms are private with twin bed only. There is no attached bathroom or toilet. All amenities are shared and are located in the common hallway. There is free WIFI at the Y Hotel and a community kitchen for hotel guest to use. Guest has to provide their own pots and utensils to cook their food. All rooms have a mini refrigerator for guest to keep their food. There is NO meal services at the Y Hotel. There are two parking garages (Allston Way and Center Street Garages) located within two blocks of the Y.

Privileges:
Your stay at the YMCA Hotel allows you full access to the Downtown Berkeley YMCA Health and Wellness Facility Center at no extra cost. There are three pools and over 150 Mind Body, wellness and fitness classes open to your participation.
