This class unites world beats with urban flavor and takes you around the world from hip-hop to Bollywood for an intense cardiovascular workout! These fun to learn fitness dance moves choreographed to high energy music that will make you sweat and keep you craving for more.

Urban Kick & HIIT

This class incorporates various martial arts techniques as well as High Intensity Interval Training drills (HIIT). Urban Kick challenges your body in all planes of motion so you are constantly developing strength, agility, flexibility and balance.

Intro to Vinyasa Yoga 

Learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend, but some degree of physical fitness is expected.

Aquatics Coaching 

Stop by the lap pool for some free one on one time with one of our experienced swim coaches. Whether you want tips for a better workout, or some guidance to enhance your stroke, come by anytime between 2-4pm, and our staff will spend 10-15 minutes with you to make your time in the pool as safe and effective as possible.
